Shipping timelines, rates, and delivery questions.
Yes. We offer free local pickup for prepaid orders at Metrotown Station.
Local pickup is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 5:45 PM. Only the next eligible pickup windows will be shown on the cart page.
Pickup orders close 48 hours before the selected pickup time. If a pickup window is not shown, it is no longer available.
Email us with your order number to request one reschedule. After a second missed pickup, we won’t schedule another meetup.
We’re currently shipping within Canada. HoHo Makes is Vancouver-inspired, but orders can still be placed from elsewhere in Canada too.
We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada. Orders over $40 CAD before tax qualify for free shipping.
Most items are ready to ship and are typically processed within 2–4 business days. After shipment, most orders arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on destination and carrier timing.
If tracking is included with your shipment, it will be sent to you by email once your order is on the way.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns + Exchanges

No. At this time, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
No. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a valid issue on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if possible so we can review it quickly.
No. If your issue is approved, we’ll send a replacement item when possible and you won’t need to return the damaged item.

Orders + Tracking

If tracking is included with your shipment, tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is on the way.
Most items are ready to ship and are typically processed within 2–4 business days before they head out. During launches, holidays, or busier periods, processing times may be a little longer.
If your order is still within the normal 2–4 business day processing window, it’s likely still being packed and prepared. If it has been longer than that, feel free to reach out through our contact page with your order number and we’ll take a look.
Please check around your delivery area, building, household, or with your local carrier first. Sometimes packages are marked delivered a little early or placed in a less obvious spot.

Our products are primarily made from PLA and PETG. Some pieces may also include magnets, soft parts, or carefully glued components depending on the design.
Not always exactly — and that’s part of the charm. Because our products are made in small batches and many are 3D printed, minor variations in finish, texture, layer lines, or small details can happen from piece to piece.
We still aim for a polished final result and do our best to keep each item consistent.
Yes. Our products are designed to be both decorative and functional, and they’re meant to be used daily on a keychain.
That said, they’re not meant for crushing, bending, rough impact, or being treated like rugged gear.
Yes. Since many of our products are made from PLA and PETG, we recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, and hot environments like a parked car.
Too much heat can soften, warp, or affect the fit of certain parts over time.
No. Our products are not waterproof. Light everyday exposure to moisture can happen, but we recommend avoiding soaking them or leaving them wet for long periods.
Water can get into card holders, trays, and enclosed areas, so it’s best to dry them promptly if they get wet.
Use a soft dry cloth or a lightly damp cloth to wipe it clean. Avoid harsh cleaners, solvents, alcohol, or abrasive scrubbing, especially on printed surfaces and clear protective pieces.
Yes — the transparent sheets used on some card holders can scratch over time. They’re designed to act as a protective layer, so light wear on them is normal and expected with everyday use.
Some products do. Depending on the design, they may include magnets, sliding trays, card holders, or other moving parts.
Use those parts gently and avoid forcing, twisting, or snapping them beyond how they’re intended to move.
Some of our products contain magnets, so we recommend using care around magnetic-stripe cards, electronics, and other sensitive items. Our products are designed with everyday use in mind, but it’s still best not to store magnet-based pieces pressed directly against items that may be sensitive to magnets.
No. Our products may contain small parts, magnets, and moving pieces, so they should be kept away from young children. They are not intended to be used as toys.
With everyday use, some light cosmetic wear is normal. Small marks, minor scratching, or finish changes can happen over time, especially on keychain items that move around with keys and other objects.
Our products are thoughtfully designed, tested in everyday use, and continually refined over time.
Pre-orders + Custom Requests
Custom work, limited drops, and pre-order details.
No. We are not offering pre-orders at this time. If that changes in the future, it will be clearly announced on the store and through our social channels.
Not at this time. We’re currently focused on building and releasing products in small batches, so we’re not taking custom requests right now.
Most likely, yes — many sold-out items may return in future batches. That said, restocks are not guaranteed and will depend on demand, timing, and what we’re actively making next.
Yes. We make and release inventory in batches, so availability can change over time. Some items may sell out and return later, while others may take longer to come back depending on demand and production timing.
Sometimes, yes. Because our products are thoughtfully refined over time, future batches may include small updates to details, fit, finish, or function as designs evolve.
No. We’re not offering holds or reservations at this time.
