We do our best to present our products as clearly and accurately as possible. Because some items may be handmade, assembled, or produced in small batches, slight variations in finish, color, or appearance may occur.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include situations involving suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or issues with order details.
If we need to cancel or make a change to an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address or other information provided at checkout.
Pricing and billing
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the store and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through the store.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping rates, and related details are described on our Shipping + Delivery page.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
All sales final
At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges.
Damaged, incorrect, or issue-on-arrival items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a valid issue when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if possible so we can review the issue.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement item when possible. You will not be required to send the damaged item back.
Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current in every instance. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for making decisions without reviewing more complete information where appropriate.
