Shipping + Delivery

We’re a small shop, which means every order is packed with care and a little bit of behind-the-scenes making magic.

Shipping destination

We’re currently shipping within Canada. HoHo Makes is very Vancouver-inspired, but orders can still be placed from elsewhere in Canada too.

Processing time

Most items are ready to ship and are typically processed within 2–4 business days before they head out. During launches, holidays, or busier periods, processing times may be a little longer.

Shipping rates

We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada. Orders over $40 CAD before tax qualify for free shipping.

Delivery timing

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Orders going to Vancouver and the Lower Mainland may arrive sooner than orders shipping to other parts of Canada.

Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier timing.

Tracking

If tracking is included with your shipment, it will be sent to you by email once your order is on the way.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Delays and delivery issues

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Shipping estimates aren’t guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, seasonal volume, or service interruptions.

Lost, missing, or returned packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your delivery area, building, household, or local carrier first.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
