We’re a small shop and each order is packed with care. At this time, all sales are final so we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges.

We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If there’s an issue with your order

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a valid issue with the product when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue if possible so we can review it quickly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, arrives incorrect, or has a valid issue on arrival, we’ll do our best to make it right. If approved, we’ll send a replacement item when possible.

You won’t need to return the damaged item.

What isn’t covered

We’re not able to replace items for issues caused after delivery, normal wear, accidental damage, or changes of mind.
